Vegetation of water-bodies is represented by four formatios groups: aquatic-paludous, air-aquatic, attached with floating leaves and submerged ones. Acorus calamus, Equisetum fluviatile, Sagittaria sagittifolia, etc. appear to be dominant in aquatic-paludous vegetation. Air-aquatic vegetation occupies shoals and side strips of water-bodies. Phragmites australis, Scolochloa festucacea, etc. are prevalent species. The group of formations of attached with floating leaves vegetation consists of Nymphaea candida, Nuphar lutea, Polygonum amphibium populations.
Such species as Ceratophyllum demersum, Myriophyllum spicatum, Potamogeton natans, P. perfoliatus, etc. form the group formations of submerged vegetation.
In total the aquatic-paludous vegetation includes 23.7 % of the reserve's flora species. 6.4 % of them present aquatic vegetation as such.
