On January 27, 2024, a winter sports competition among subordinate organizations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus took place at the Republican skiing centre “Silichi”. The teams were formed from representatives of organizations united by the same or related activities. A total of 7 teams took part in the competition.
They took place in seven types of competitions: mixed biathlon relay, marksman hockey player, laser tag, ice skating races with elements of figure skating, cross-country skiing with obstacles, curling (among the leaders) and air rifle shooting (among the leaders).
According to the results of the competition, the “Forest Guardians” team took 4th place in the overall team competition, losing only one point in the fight for third place! The performance of our national team in certain types of competitions was successful: 1st place in curling, 3rd place in mixed biathlon relay and 3rd place in laser tag. Also, according to the results of the mixed biathlon relay, an employee of the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, Natalya Popovskaya, took 3rd place among women, and Vladimir Miklushonok also took 3rd place among men in the same type of competition!
Based on the results of the Spartakiad, the winners were awarded diplomas, medals and valuable prizes. We congratulate our participants and wish them further success and sporting victories!
