"Rarities of the Berezinsky". Acquaintance with protected species of the reserve’s plants
In the spruce forest of the Berezinsky reserve, the most beautiful and rare orchid of our latitudes grows - Cypripedium calceolus. It is not easy to see this amazing plant in nature: it blooms only in the 15-17th year of life and the blooming lasts for about 10 days. Venus slipper is strictly protected not only in Belarus, but also in Europe.
